Gaadin AI and Datakrew signed an MoU to connect vehicle and battery data with charging and energy software for fleet operators

What was signed
Gaadin AI and Singapore-based Datakrew signed a memorandum of understanding to connect Datakrew’s battery and fleet analytics with Gaadin AI charging and energy software. The signing was in Singapore. Immediate work is technical integration, a joint demonstration, and customer conversations in markets where either company already operates.
What a fleet team gets
A vehicle card that can show where the vehicle is, whether it is charged, and whether the pack is ageing faster than the rest of the fleet. Datakrew keeps its battery platform. Gaadin AI keeps the charging and energy platform. Customers get the joined view, not a merged company.
What this is not
Not a merger. Not a claim that every Datakrew vehicle is already on Gaadin AI. Integration follows the MoU. Named customers will be added only with permission.
